Working in tandem with the HR CheckUP, the HR Audit focuses on fourteen areas for a detailed and comprehensive audit of your current Human Resource area. The topics are the secondary focus of State and Federal Department of Labor and Equal Employment Opportunities Commission Compliance Audits. Together, the HR CheckUP and HR Audit provide your company with powerful tools to allow you to insure full compliance with Local. State and Federal labor laws.
The HR Audit takes a minimum of sixteen hours. Of those, eight are onsite auditing your personnel records, reviewing your HR procedures and related HR processes. Once the project is completed, you will meet with an Associate and be provided with a prioritized list of issues, potential liabilities if not addressed and recommended courses of action for compliance.
