The HR ReStart combines the activities of the HR CheckUP and the HR Audit into the review and/or revision of your current Employee Manual/Handbook. As you know, you are required by law or have a written Employee Manual/Handbook. Because of the frequent changes in law, your document needs to be current and updated at least once a year.
The HR ReStart takes a minimum of forty hours. Of those, sixteen are onsite interviewing you and your management team, auditing your personnel records, reviewing your HR procedures and related HR processes. Once the project is completed, you will meet with an Associate and be provided with a revised and customized New Hire Package, Termination Package and Employee Handbook. They will also provide a management-training workshop introducing the new documents and processes
